By booking with Dartscape, you agree to the following terms:

All tickets must be booked online in advance and are valid only for the chosen date and time. Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Cancellations made 20 or more days before an event will receive a full refund, 7–13 days before will receive a 50% refund, and cancellations less than 7 days before are non-refundable. If Dartscape cancels an event, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

Participation is open to players aged 6 and above. Safety goggles must be worn at all times, and only Dartscape blasters and darts may be used. Running, dodging, and foam dart play involve some risk of slips, trips, or minor injury; by participating you accept this risk. All participants (or parents/guardians for under 18s) must sign a waiver before playing. Dartscape is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss of personal belongings.

For birthday parties and private events, a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance due at least 7 days before the event. Venues or party spaces must be arranged separately (Dartscape can assist with recommendations).

Photos and videos may be taken during events for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear, you must inform us in advance or note this on your waiver form. We are committed to protecting your data in line with UK GDPR — see our Privacy Policy for details.

Dartscape reserves the right to refuse entry or remove participants without refund if rules are not followed, if safety is compromised, or if participants act inappropriately (including being under the influence of drugs or alcohol).
